Urgent Need : Nights

Base Pay : $33.77 – $49.06 / hour (experience-based)

• ~5 years : $38.28 / hr
• ~10 years : $42.86 / hr
• ~17+ years : $49.06 / hr

Shift Differentials : +$4.50 / hr Nights | +$1.50 / hr Weekends

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 Days | $20,000 Nights (available through Q3)

Relocation Assistance : Case-by-case

Job Description

Position Overview

Join a high-acuity 16-bed ICU providing advanced care to critically ill patients with 1 : 1–1 : 2 nurse-to-patient ratios . This role is ideal for experienced critical care nurses who excel in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct care to critically ill patients with complex medical needs

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans

Monitor and interpret critical vital signs; respond to emergencies

Educate patients and families regarding conditions, therapies, and recovery

Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes

Qualifications

Required :

Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute-care setting

ADN or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)

NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days

BLS within 30 days; ACLS and PALS within 6 months
