[job_card.job_description]Manage and round on assigned patients within a 49-bed department Anticipated patient load : approximately 22 patients per shift Requires admission duties; hospital privileges are not mandatory Supervise support staff, including 3 RNs and 1 PA / NP Participate in specialized procedures such as : Trigger point injections Diagnostic / therapeutic taps Pain management (acute and chronic, excluding injections) EMG and nerve conduction studies Board Certification : Required ACLS : Required BLS : Required License : Must be licensed in Texas or through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) Credentialing : Estimated to take one week, with temporary privileges available for quick onboarding Holiday Coverage : Includes major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day Travel and Lodging : Convenient access through nearby Tyler Regional or DFW airports
