We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support and advocacy for individuals dealing with various social and emotional challenges.

Duties :

Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans

Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices

Offer crisis intervention services to clients in need of immediate assistance

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients

Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients towards positive change

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field

State licensure or certification as a Social Worker

Proficiency in crisis management and crisis intervention strategies

Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation tools and ICD-10 coding

Familiarity with psychopharmacology and psychotherapy techniques

Strong understanding of mental health counseling principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education : Associate Degree

Experience : 1 year
