Project Budget management proven ability and experience in developing and managing budgets. Project risk mitigation and management proven ability and experience in mitigating and managing project risks. Communication strong communication, influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Relationship building proven ability and experience in building and maintaining effective relationships. Client management proven ability and experience in managing client relationships and expectations. Client service orientation strong client service orientation. Vendor management proven ability and experience in managing vendor performance. Quality possesses a continuous improvement and quality mindset along with a desire to continuously seek and incorporate best practices and technologies in order to optimize program delivery and deliver value to the client. Computer proficiency proficient in and experience with MS Office suite of applications along with proven ability to quickly learn new applications. Physical Demands and Work Environment : Ability and willingness to travel as an on-site representative at assigned projects. Physical ability to navigate jobsites in uneven terrain. Provide personal transportation for meetings and job visits away from the office; reimbursed. Physically able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

The Assistant Project Manager plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and ensures delivery within scope, budget and requirements.
Responsibilities for the assigned projects include :
- Planning and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects.
- In collaboration with project stakeholders, defining project scope, deliverables and requirements.
- Developing and implementing project plans.
- Determining resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Identifying project risks and developing and implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitoring project delivery against timelines and ensuring timely completion.
- Overseeing the activities of project team members and monitoring project task completion.
- Communicating project status to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and requirements, and complies with all regulatory, environmental and health and safety requirements.
