People Analytics Consultant

A company is looking for a Consultant, People Analytics & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, publish, and maintain Power BI models, reports, and dashboards

Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to present information effectively for decision making

Ensure data quality and implement best practices during development and testing

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a business-facing analytical role, developing reports using tools like Power BI

1+ years' experience in Power BI with proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M)

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong knowledge of Advanced SQL queries and experience with relational databases

Experience in the Human Resources field is a plus
