We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Doylestown, PA. This role supports accounting operations with cash handling, data entry, and administrative tasks. This is a permanent opportunity with room for growth!

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

Pay Range : $20-24 / hour based on experience

Responsibilities :

• Assist with cash counting, deposits, and reconciliation
• Enter accounting transactions and maintain organized records
• Provide administrative support including mail, supplies, and report prep
• Process routine invoices and assist with vendor / customer inquiries
• Support audits, month-end, and year-end file organization
