A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Afterhours Member Services.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for individuals reporting work-related absences or seeking help with benefits
Assist callers with Day One Absence notifications and navigate leave and workplace accommodation processes
Provide support while routing inquiries to specialists and maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of customer service and / or call center experience
Proficient in typing and writing skills required
Flexibility in work schedule is necessary
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel preferred
