BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Skilled Nursing Talent Acquisition Team.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 30-5 PM Central.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers with recruitment and onboarding process.
- Assisting with onboarding candidates including running reference checks, initiating BAYADA documentation, federal exclusion checks, and auditing files.
- Managing and pulling reports as well as provide basic support for the Talent Acquisition team
- Sending monthly and weekly e-blasts advertising the requisitions for all divisions
- Working collaboratively to initiate background checks
- Adjusting easily to change and take initiative with team projects and pilots
