OBGYN

Join a nationally recognized healthcare system to help build and lead a new OB / GYN service line in DC. Enjoy work-life balance, strong APP & midwife support, and the chance to make a lasting impact from day one.

Position Highlights :

  • Work-Life Balance : Enjoy a well-rounded schedule with 2-3 days of outpatient care and 1-2 hospitalist days per week, supported by midwives and APPs in both inpatient and outpatient settings to help optimize care delivery.
  • Build Something New : Rare opportunity to help develop a new program from the ground upplay a key role in shaping the culture and direction of this new location.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Salary : $300K-$350K
  • Retirement : 4% employer match
  • Time Off : 23 PTO days, 10 paid holidays, and 5 CME days
  • CME Support : $3,000 annual CME allowance
  • Relocation Assistance : Offered

    • Qualifications :

  • Degree : MD or DO
  • Board Certification : Board Certified in OBGYN
  • Licensure : D.C. medical license
  • Experience : 1-3 years preferred
