Assembly Packer - 2nd Shift

Location: Grapevine, TX (CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT)
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Shift: MONDAY to FRIDAY 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Are you detail-oriented and ready to make an impact? We’re seeking dedicated Assembly Line Packers to join our clean, climate-controlled environment. Growth opportunities for more pay and training with the potential to learn to be a Lead, Quality Control, and other roles in Grapevine, TX. In this dynamic role, you'll contribute to our commitment to quality as you tackle various tasks in packaging, kitting, assembly, and fulfillment.Responsibilities:

• Master all plant roles (mixing, bagging, forklift operation, container loading, etc.)
• Operate and maintain processing equipment per SOPs.
• Ensure cleanliness throughout operations.
• Conduct Quality Control checks on products.
• Accurately document all tasks (processing, maintenance, cleaning).
• Manage warehousing tasks including receiving, shipping, and organizing.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory policies.
• Collaborate effectively with your team, fostering a positive environment.
• Complete any other duties as assigned with professionalism.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment (forklift, skid steer).
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. (or 110 lbs. with assistance)
• Strong math and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow directions and complete documentation in English.
• Open to overtime as needed.
