We are currently looking for a Construction Project Engineer with previous administrative experience to join our team!

Why we need you :
Collaborate with the Project Manager and ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget constraints for large scale Datacenter projectCollaborate with the Project Manager and submit / monitor / resolve submittals and RFI's, and buy out processSubmit PCO's to project manager for review and approvalDownload updated drawings from GC's various programsProvide FBO inventory for required projects as requested - this will include site visitsPrepare special reports per PM requestRespond to day-to-day emails in a timely mannerUse construction programsOther duties as assignedWhat we're looking for :
Bachelors Degree in Construction Manager or similar, or Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of previous construction experienceProficiency in MS Office SuiteAbility to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional mannerInterpersonal Skills-maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new thingsOral communication-speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetingsWritten Communication-edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written informationQuality control-demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure qualityAdaptability-adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected eventsDependability-consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performanceRogers is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes everyone to apply.
