job_description.job_card.job_description5 : 00 AM - 1 : 30 PM | $21 - $25 / hr (Overtime required) 1 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM | $22 - $25 / hr (Overtime required) 8 : 45 PM - 5 : 30 AM | $22.50 - $25 / hr (Overtime required) Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates on assigned shifts Motivate team members to stay on task and meet productivity goals Monitor attendance and performance, and provide coaching as needed Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety rules positively Work collaboratively across all departments within the warehouse Use RF scanners and assist in general warehouse operations when needed Bilingual in Spanish and English - Required 6+ months of warehouse or production experience Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and lead by example in a team environment Comfortable using RF scanners and basic computer systems Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift Strong attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude
