What Youll Earn

  • Guaranteed base pay : $800 / week ($41,600 annually)
  • Commission paid weekly
  • Average total compensation : $60,000$85,000 / year
  • No cold calling receive 1520 qualified inbound calls daily

    • Work Schedule

  • MondayThursday : 9 : 00 AM 6 : 30 PM
  • Friday : 9 : 00 AM 1 : 00 PM ( half-day Fridays! )

    • Responsibilities

  • Handle 1520 inbound calls / day from interested clients
  • Educate customers on health insurance plans and guide them through enrollment
  • Use CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups
  • Achieve performance goals and deliver excellent service

    • Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in insurance, inside sales, or call center (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Licensed in health insurance ( preferred, not required )
  • Knowledge of CMS guidelines and ethical sales practices
  • Must be coachable, punctual, and team-driven
