[job_card.job_description]Echo Tech position available on a per diem basis at Shasta Regional Medical Center in Redding, California. Requires open availability for 3x12 hour shifts. Primary Source Verification of professional license and / or certification required within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration. Must have completed Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, valid for 2 years. BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross). COVID-19 vaccination with booster required or declination completed. Proof of immunity for MMR (2 vaccines or positive titer). Annual respirator fit test required. Hepatitis B vaccination required; declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center. Influenza vaccine or declination required for the flu season (Nov 1 - Mar 31); declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center. TB test within one year of start date required. Driver's license, State ID, or Passport required. Proof of immunity for Varicella (vaccination or titer). Tdap vaccine documentation required; declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center. Physical / Health Statement required annually, must state clear to work. Prime OIG clearance required. Must pass Prime Core Competencies Exam with 80% or higher. Prime Skills Checklist required and does not expire on assignment. Prime Criminal Background Check within one year of start date required. Prime Agency Attestation must be completed after all credentials are uploaded. Prime SAM / EPLS exclusion search required with visible date. Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) required. Prime Specialty Exam must be passed with 80% or higher. DCI / BVP training for Workplace Violence Prevention required. Per diem schedule with 3x12 hour shifts requiring open availability. Various personal health history requirements including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB test, Varicella, Tdap, and physical health statement. Annual respirator fit test and drug screening required. Drug screening includes minimum 10-panel test with THC saliva test for California locations. Prime Orientation Packet and Job Description must be acknowledged and signed.
