Configuration Analyst - (Remote)
Location : Remote (Columbia, MO residents preferred)
Starting Rate : $33 hour
Shift : Monday-Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM CT (flexible scheduling available)
Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking an experienced Configuration Analyst to support Contact Center Operations within a large healthcare services organization. This fully remote, weekday role offers long-term stability, exposure to enterprise-level systems, and the opportunity to directly support healthcare access, compliance, and operational excellence.
This position plays a critical role in configuration management, system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration within Patient Contact Operations.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and oversee the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Track, identify, and control configuration items throughout their full lifecycle
- Develop, maintain, and enforce configuration management plans, policies, and procedures
- Conduct configuration audits, reviews, and monthly environment scans
- Manage version control for operational hardware and software configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and implement configuration requirements
- Identify and resolve configuration-related discrepancies and system issues
- Apply technical and business process knowledge to recommend system and workflow optimizations
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical and program design documentation
- Manage small to mid-sized projects, including timelines, risks, status updates, and impact assessments
- Perform application database queries and generate data-driven reports for leadership
- Support leadership and stakeholders with configuration guidance and operational insights
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging configuration technologies
- Adhere to organizational policies, compliance standards, and Code of Conduct
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (required)5+ years of experience in configuration management, contact center operations, or related rolesExperience within healthcare and / or contact center environments strongly preferredKnowledge of relational databases and experience with SQL, Teradata, and Microsoft Excel preferredFamiliarity with contact center configuration, reporting, and dialer systemsGenesys Cloud Platform experience highly preferredStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to leadershipAbility to manage multiple initiatives independently in a remote environmentWhy Join Us?
