JOB SUMMARY
The Department of Neurosurgery is hiring a Sr Financial Analyst to join the Finance Team. The Sr. Financial Analyst role provides invaluable reporting and analytics to the Department : gift / endowment, monthly divisional productivity, finance and income statements, faculty incentive tracking; along with assisting with the annual budget process and day-to-day departmental financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a growing leader with proficiency in Excel, Orbit, Power BI, PeopleSoft and academic medicine departmental experience. Seeking a candidate with robust knowledge of research, education and clinical financial operations, reporting, reconciling and analytics. Database management experience is a plus. Please note, this position does not support H1B sponsorship. Incumbent must reside in the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or other related field
4 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and / or accounting with experience in planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
