A company is looking for a Construction Cost Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cost management for real estate projects from planning to closeout
Develop and present budgets for pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimating services
Align cost plans with project schedules and manage cash flows and project accruals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
Knowledge of estimating software, preferably OST
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and knowledge of construction practices
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
