Outdoor ENTHUSIASTS UNITE! Exciting opportunity to live on the lake, commute 20 minutes to work, see your patients, and go home! Come join a hospital employed practice in southern Illinois within 1.5 hours of the St. Louis metro area. With a physician ramping down and demand increasing, the doors have opened for Primary Care physician to join the team.

The ideal candidate is a BC / BE Internal Medicine Physician - practicing physicians and new grads are welcome to apply!

• $300k Base Salary
• Production bonuses on top of salary
• NO CALL
• 18-20 ppd
• Loan Repayment Options
• If full time, it's 4 days clinic + 1 day admin (can be at home)
• Open to part time with prorated salary
• 45 total paid days off per year
