[job_card.job_description]Premium pay for shifts, on-call duties, and more Opportunity for annual increases based on performance Benefits and More Health and welfare benefits like medical, dental, vision, life, and Short- and Long-Term Disability Flexible Spending Accounts for eligible health care and dependent care expenses Defined contribution retirement plans with employer match Generous educational assistance programs Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases Deliver and coordinate evidence-based patient care using the nursing process Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to support optimal patient outcomes Enhance the patient experience across the care continuum Be part of a supportive team culture that values connection, hosting team-building activities and engaging in community outreach Thrive in an environment that promotes teamwork, continuous learning, and patient-centered care Assess patient needs, plan interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness, involving patients and families in the process Recognize significant changes in patient conditions and take appropriate action, working with healthcare team members Implement risk reduction and patient safety strategies, tailoring approaches to learning readiness Coordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach Evaluate and improve patient, team, and unit outcomes, and participate in governance activities Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with team members Promote a safety culture by identifying and intervening on potential safety threats Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance department functions and patient experiences Engage in professional development and support the growth of colleagues Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care for patients Registered Nurse license active in the practice state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Completion of an accredited Nursing program Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience Ability to provide holistic patient care with a family-focused approach Confidence in responding to unanticipated clinical situations Proficient in computer skills and electronic medical records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to develop rapport with patients and professionals Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing in fast-paced environments Effective coordination and team-building skills Ability to perform physical tasks necessary for patient care, including lifting, pushing, and transferring patients Exposure to potential hazards and requires adherence to safety protocols Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Schedule Details :
Nights; 8 and 12 hr shifts; Every third weekend rotation; Holiday rotation
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift
Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000
