Job Summary

We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! Are you passionate about providing compassionate, hands-on care and building meaningful relationships with seniors? Job Responsibilities Include :

• Assisting residents with daily hygiene, grooming, dressing, showers, and toileting needs.
• Supporting mobility and independence through ROM (Range of Motion) exercises.
• Administering medications and documenting care accurately using EMR.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean, comfortable environment.
• Engaging residents through conversation, activities, and social interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health care, assisted living, or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, reliable, and client-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work 12-hour day or overnight shifts.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred but not requiredwe provide training for the right candidate.

Shifts Available :

• 12-hour Day Shifts (8 AM 8 PM)
• 12-hour Overnight Shifts (8 PM 8 AM)
