Your primary responsibility is to engage, qualify, and schedule meetings between these leads and our Account Executive (AE). / ppKey Responsibilities : / pulliRespond promptly to inbound leads (within defined SLAs). / liliConduct initial outreach via personalized emails, phone calls, and SMS. / liliSchedule meetings between qualified prospects and the AE using HubSpot Meetings. / liliMaintain CRM accuracy by logging all activities, notes, and lead dispositions in Hubspot. / liliNurture cold leads who arent ready to buy yetadd them to follow-up cadences or hand-off to marketing. / liliMonitor and triage website contact forms, inbound calls, demo requests, and email inquiries. / liliCollaborate closely with AEs to ensure a seamless handoff and calendar alignment. / liliProvide feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and recurring patterns. / li / ul / div
