• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant managers and staff to achieve business goals.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expenses, and sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships to optimize costs.
• Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
