Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for Auto Finance originations. This role blends product vision, technology leadership, and business impactdelivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. In this role, you will :

• Define and prioritize product features aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for technology solutions
• Build business cases for initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, tech, product, legal, compliance, risk) to design and deliver optimal solutions
• Mentor and develop less-tenured associates within the tech team
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and company policy
• Champion agile methodologies and foster continuous improvement
• Translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations and clear communication
• Demonstrate effective collaboration and influence across all levels of the organization
• Synthesize multi-dimensional, complex concepts into clear actions and decisions
