Litigation Attorney (Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith) – Philadelphia, PA

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is seeking an attorney for its Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith team. The candidate must have at least 5+ years of significant experience in handling Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters. Experience must include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participation in arbitrations / trials.

Qualified candidates must possess the following :

• JD from an accredited Law School
• Admitted to practice in PA, Admission to the NJ bar a plus
• Experience with drafting coverage opinions involving first party breach of contract and / or third party liability claims and related bad faith issues
