We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team and support healthcare professionals in providing top-notch medical services to our community.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
  • Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and updates in electronic health records (eClinicalworks)
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure medical equipment is sterilized and ready for use
  • Administer medications and injections as directed by providers
  • Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing
  • Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance
  • Handle scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Certification : Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited medical assisting program preferred
  • Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Skills : Excellent communication, multitasking, and patient care skills
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer skills
