A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to support the Proposal Development Team in creating compliant responses to Federal Government solicitations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing proposal templates, outlines, and compliance matrices
Review, edit, proofread, and format proposal documents for clarity and compliance
Coordinate proposal schedules, meetings, and manage document repositories
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience supporting Federal Government proposals or relevant business development experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams, and Adobe PDF
Familiarity with Shipley, APMP, or similar proposal methodologies
Experience with IDIQ, BPA, and task order proposal cycles
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under deadline pressure
