Early Childhood Classroom Assistant Float

Triumph supports the education, well-being and self-sufficiency of young children and their families through high quality early childhood programs and community engagement.

As an Early Childhood Classroom Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting classroom teaching staff with facilitating and guiding activities for infant / toddler classrooms or preschool classrooms, including maintaining a safe, neat, organized learning environment that is welcoming, nurturing, and high functioning.

Requirements :

• Minimum HS Diploma
• Must have or commit to enroll in a CDA credential program to be completed in no less than two years from hire, or must be enrolled in a program for an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (tuition assistance is available)
• Must be EEC Infant / Toddler or Preschool Teacher certified or have a pending application for teaching certification
• Knowledge and experience in early childhood education & developmentally appropriate practices
• Must be able to work successfully in a team setting while remaining flexible to change with a positive approach

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range between $17.79 - $24.00 / hr . dependent on education and experience

Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week; 52 weeks per year

Must be available to work a shift between the hours of 7 : 30 am and 5 : 30 pm
