Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage administrative processes to support academic efficiency and quality
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and monitor academic outcomes
Lead faculty development initiatives, including onboarding and training workshops
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Two years of classroom experience teaching adults preferred
Experience coaching and mentoring faculty in a higher education setting preferred
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in higher education
Proficiency in MS Office applications and learning technologies such as Canvas
