Escrow Supervisor

A company is looking for an Escrow Supervisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and develop assigned staff while managing HR-related administrative functions

Implement and monitor operational controls and review departmental workflows to enhance efficiency

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex loan issues and manage client requests within SLAs

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

2-4 years of supervisory experience needed

Working knowledge of escrow functions in the mortgage servicing industry

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

4-8 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing, with at least 2 years in escrow preferred
