    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer and senior leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the transformation and scaling of the global talent acquisition function, with a focus on driving innovation, operational excellence, and a data-informed approach to recruitment. This role involves overseeing a large, geographically dispersed team and budget, shaping the future of talent attraction and engagement, and championing a forward-thinking, inclusive talent strategy that aligns with business goals. The VP will also be tasked with fostering a culture of continuous improvement, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in key talent markets.

    Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles in global, fast-paced environments. The role requires a proven ability to lead organizational transformation, build new capabilities, and optimize existing structures within the talent acquisition function. Deep expertise in global recruiting strategies, market intelligence, and industry best practices is essential, as is experience in executive recruiting and strategic partnership with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and a hands-on approach to high-volume hiring and niche talent searches. A strategic thinker with a bias for action, the VP should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change, with strong relationship-building skills to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
