Multi Family Superintendent About the Opportunity

A leading Southeast-based construction management and development firm is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to join its growing team in Greenville, SC . This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in ground-up multifamily construction who thrives in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects (wood frame, podium, or mixed-use).
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety protocols, and project scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative, maintaining strong communication with project managers, clients, and trade partners.
• Uphold and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure timely completion of punch lists and closeout procedures.
