Job Description :

We are looking for a Production Lead to join our team in Lowell MA! The Production Lead will work closely with our Production and Engineering teams to review and maintain complete and accurate data.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Review all job travelers and associated documents when releasing work orders to production.
• Review completed job travelers and data packs for completeness.
• Assist in tracking critical jobs through the MFG process.
• Assist in tracking engineering builds jobs through the MFG process.
• Provide support to Production Supervisor as needed.
• Collaborate with other groups when needed to achieve results.
• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work environment with all employees.
• Assure compliance with all company procedures to ensure quality and safety.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.

Requirements / Qualifications :

U.S. Export Controls Requirements : This job requires access to technology materials software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a) (3).

The hourly pay range for this position which could be performed in Massachusetts is $18.00 - $27.00.
