Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a strategic, mission-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will oversee multi-campus operations, driving growth, culture, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead campus executives and ensure alignment with our mission, strategic priorities, and long-term vision.

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with proven experience in operations management, senior leadership, and business development. This individual will be skilled at managing change, optimizing processes, and elevating organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple campuses, ensuring high-quality service, resident satisfaction, and financial sustainability
• Develop and execute strategic plans, capital investments, and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals
• Foster a thriving culture grounded in Christian values, employee engagement, and exceptional resident care
• Collaborate with the CEO and Board on potential growth opportunities including acquisitions, expansions, or partnerships
• Direct and support Vice Presidents of Operations, driving continuous improvement and accountability
