[job_card.job_description]Practical AI Experience : Hands-on work with embedding models, prompt design, and data transformations. Backend Development : Strong technical foundation in building data processing systems. Efficiency Focus : Ability to create high-performance pipelines that handle large volumes of resume data. Technical Adaptability : Comfort working with evolving AI tools and approaches to data transformation. Problem-Solving : Experience using AI to solve real business challenges with measurable outcomes. Scale Experience : Previous work with systems processing thousands of data points daily. Results Orientation : Driven by metrics showing increased interview request generation. Any modern, typed language : Python ( 3.10 +), Golang, TypeScript, Rust - MySQL / MariaDB, OpenSearch (or ElasticSearch), Redshift LLMs, vector search, embeddings, similarity search - Terraform or Pulumi AWS, K8s Jenkins - Focus on thought through but simple and maintainable solutions addressing actual problems. Designing systems with ease of repeatable testing and local-first development. None of the above are mandatory, but are nice to have. Clear Measurement : We track how our AI experiments improve outcomes. User Success : Our north star is increasing the number of real interviews our users receive. Technical Simplicity : We value straightforward solutions to complex data transformation challenges. AI Advancement : We continuously evolve our AI capabilities to improve outcomes. This is a New York, NY-based hybrid role.
What You'll Do
- Transform Data With AI : Build systems that convert raw information into powerful tools in hiring with AI.
- Process Job Listings : Develop algorithms that analyze job requirements to better position hiring needs and candidate profiles.
- Create Scale AI Products : As the largest AI Resume writer, you’ll get the chance to produce AI products for paying customers on the largest stage. Help us transform users’ resumes to attract employer attention and generate interview requests.
- Apply AI Models : Implement embedding techniques and prompt engineering to enhance how candidates appear to potential employers and vice versa.
- Create Data Pipelines : Design efficient flows that process resumes and job market information through AI systems.
- Optimize Conversion Rates : Continuously improve systems to increase the percentage of profiles that receive interview requests.
- Iterate on AI Approaches : Test and refine different prompt structures and data transformations to maximize results.
