Surgery - General Physician Assistant

Specialty Group of General Surgeons seek to add a full-time Physician Assistant. This Physician Assistant will support a very busy Board Certified, General Surgeon in both the OR and the clinic. Responsibilities include : first assist, pre- and post-operative H&P s, writing scripts, consultation and patient evaluation and education, reviewing lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting. They are located in a state-of-the-art facility. The position is a four-and-a-half-day work week, which provides a great work / life balance and no ER or trauma call.

Successful Physician Assistants should be NCCPA-Certified or Eligible and the Doctor will train the right candidate.
