We’re currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our Birmingham team. If you’re passionate about dentistry, love helping people, and thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused setting, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
• Verify insurance and file claims
• Confirm and schedule appointments
• Handle patient accounts and answer phone calls
• Collaborate with front desk team to ensure a smooth patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous dental experience
• Comfortable discussing finances and treatment plans
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Dentrix knowledge preferred
• Excellent telephone etiquette
