Critical Care Clinical Nurse III - Float Pool

Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

• Follow physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform necessary treatments and procedures while documenting care as per company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions accurately.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs, responses to care, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in all patient care management decisions.
• Provide essential and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and maintain comprehensive plans of care for all patients.
• Guide and supervise ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
