Responsibilities :

• Source, qualify, and guide clients and candidates through the interview and hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the client’s hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
