Job Overview :
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Receiver to join our warehouse team at Fusion Transport, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider. The Receiver will be responsible for picking and preparing cases of products for shipment to clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety in the warehouse. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting order fulfillment goals.
How You Will Make an Impact :
Inventory Management : Assist in tracking inventory levels and report any discrepancies to supervisors.Quality Control : Inspect products for damage or defects and report issues to the appropriate department.Packing and Labeling : Pack cases properly and label them according to company guidelines to ensure safe and accurate shipments.Safety and Compliance : Follow all warehouse safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, safe operation of warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment.Team Collaboration : Work effectively with other warehouse staff, including packers, loaders, and supervisors, to ensure efficient operations.Documentation : Maintain accurate records of items picked and ensure all necessary paperwork and electronic records are completed in a timely manner.Continuous Improvement : Contribute to improving operational efficiency and workflow processes within the warehouse.You’re a Great Fit if You :
