Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
\nSpecial Procedures Tech - Radiology
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work day shifts, 5x8 schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
\n• 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n• 13-week assignment length
\n• Call coverage required: one to two weekends per month plus 4-6 weekdays per month
\n• 1:1 patient ratio for procedural care
\n• Work with oncology, dialysis, neurology, and PE patients
\n• Perform diagnostic and invasive procedures of various anatomy and pathology
\n• Support care team during procedures, including scrub assistance
\n• Operate special procedures imaging equipment with Siemens technology
\n• Administer contrast materials and review medication reconciliation forms
\n• Operate oxygen, suction, blood pressure and other essential patient care equipment
\n• Monitor patients before, during and after procedures
\n• Use EPIC Radiant EMR system
\n• Green surgical scrubs provided daily and must remain within facility
\n• No torn clothes, open-toed shoes, or non-scrub attire permitted
\n• Float requirements as needed by facility
\n• Required: ARRT (R) certification, BLS from AHA only, minimum 2 years relevant experience
\n• Preferred: Advanced registry (CI, VI, RCIS) certification
