We are looking for mechanical machine builders to join our core team in Springfield, IL. This is with a French-Canadian company that manufactures large industrial-style lifts. We are ramping up and moving our Canadian factory back to the US!

Job Description

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, adjusting, and aligning mechanical components for the erection of lifting equipment. Your expertise will contribute to the successful operation and assembly of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, adjust, and align mechanical components for lifting equipment.
• Perform occasional welding of fabricated parts using FCAW and SAW processes.
• Read and interpret manufacturing plans or blueprints in both imperial and metric systems.
• Handle and move parts, assemblies, and equipment using overhead cranes, truck lifts, or similar equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
