Senior Manager Federal Policy

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Federal Policy & Reporting to oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with client groups to facilitate effective regulatory reporting

Perform detailed data analytics for submission to external regulators and provide insights on student success metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or data analytics preferred

Six years of progressively responsible higher education experience in regulatory reporting and data analysis

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL coding

Experience in mentoring and evaluating staff

Ability to work independently and meet deliverables and objectives
