Ability to navigate billing systems and perform batch printing. Quick learner with ability to adapt to short training period (12 weeks). Manage billing for individual and group health plans, including retroactive adjustments. Handle complex billing scenarios such as employee turnover and retro billing. Export and analyze large data sets from CSC system using Excel. Create and maintain spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Prepare and organize invoices for internal distribution. Support system transition to Whipro and QNEXT. Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timely billing. Strong billing and accounts receivable background. Health insurance experience highly preferred. Advanced Excel skills and ability to perform data analysis. High attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume billing (3001,000+ invoices / day). Ability to work independently and within a team. 3-month training program provided. Contract Duration : 34 Months
Pay Rate : $20 / hour
Overview : We are hiring two Senior Billing Specialists to support a large health plan during its busiest season. One role is a short-term assignment focused on invoice processing and administrative billing tasks, while the other is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a broader analytical scope and long-term potential.
Position 1 : Temporary Senior Biller (34 Month Assignment)
Responsibilities :
- Print and organize invoices from the billing system.
- Generate and prepare Form 5500 tax documents.
- Sort, group, and package invoices for mailing or delivery.
- Manage batch entry and ensure proper documentation.
- Support billing for Individual Plans, Group Plans, and select government programs.
- Work within CSC billing system (transitioning to Whipro & QNEXT).
