Knows the basics of medical billing and insurance.

Can use computer systems like Epic, spreadsheets, email, and presentation software.

Understands how hospitals and clinics handle patient billing from start to finish.

Good at teaching others—uses adult learning methods and can coach / train people.

Can organize and run training sessions, both in-person and online.

Able to track and grade learners using a Learning Management System.

Can manage time well and keep classes on schedule.

Strong communication skills—can explain things clearly to different audiences.

Good at solving problems and finding ways to improve training.

Can work independently or as part of a team.

Handles stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Shares feedback in a positive, helpful way.

This is a Contract position based out of Palo Alto, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00 / hr.
