As a Nurse Manager, you will establish, initiate, implement, and evaluate the goals and objectives that align with the high standards of care we expect for our patients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a dynamic, multidisciplinary clinical team
• Manage staffing, training, onboarding, and scheduling
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and physicians
• Champion quality improvement, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance
• Be the go-to clinical leader in a one-of-a-kind hybrid care environment
• Participate in community outreach and represent the organization with pride

As a Nurse Manager, you bring:

• Bachelors degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• 2+ years of management experience
• 3+ years of home health, home infusion or related organization
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a startup-style care model
