The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in warranty management. Start with core processing responsibilities and quickly grow into advanced analytical work, becoming an essential expert in claim legitimacy and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently process and enter warranty claims from various branches into digital systems.
Utilize Excel (filtering, sorting) to systematically categorize and manage claims (oldest to newest).
Proactively communicate with submitters to resolve claim inconsistencies and gather missing information.
Analyze claim patterns to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Performance Metrics (What Success Looks Like)

Process an average of 40 work orders daily (post-training).
Achieve an efficiency rate of ~5 minutes per claim.
Meet full productivity targets within the first 3 weeks.
Maintain high accuracy while proactively identifying and escalating discrepancies.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
