Job Title : Shop Helper

Job Description

Join our team in fabricating high-end emission control and silencer exhaust systems for heavy equipment OEMs. As a Shop Helper, you will primarily be responsible for spray painting metal and preparing it for shipment. This role can be physically demanding and requires attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Spray paint metal components and prepare them for shipment.
• Create pallets and package products for shipping.
• Operate a nail gun for packaging.
• Occasionally operate a forklift and assist with its tasks.
• Assist with operating machines, grinding, cutting insulation, and finishing parts when the work area is not busy.
• Engage in general shop duties, including palatalizing and using hand tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rosemount, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
