Therapist Supervisor

Position : Full-Time

Location : Fresno, CA

Salary : $120,000-$130,000 per year

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

We're hiring a Therapist Supervisor to oversee day-to-day clinical operations and guide a talented team of mental health professionals. You'll provide direction, feedback, and support to ensure client care meets the highest standards while empowering your team to grow professionally.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise therapists and associate clinicians across multiple programs.
  • Conduct clinical meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
  • Monitor documentation accuracy and adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Promote a positive, solution-oriented clinical culture.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Active California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD).
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
