Microsoft CE CRM Developer

Overview

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Developer to work in a hybrid capacity, with one week on-site per month in Middletown, PA.

As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Developer , you will be responsible for configuring, developing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 CE solutions to support the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission's (PTC) enterprise business operations. You will work closely with technical leads, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, high performance, and user adoption of Dynamics 365 CE across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM applications based on Agile backlog tasks.
• Support the Function Lead in defining functional requirements for integrating Dynamics 365 CE with Contact Center applications, self-service portals, SAP, and payment gateways.
• Ensure seamless system integration, performance optimization, and efficient data flow across connected systems.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service functionality including Channels, Workstreams, Unified Routing, and Omnichannel features.
• Build and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI / CD) pipelines following PTC standards and Application Lifecycle Management best practices.
• Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead and participate in team activities for system implementation and enhancement projects.
• Provide ongoing support, optimization, and documentation for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs to promote end-user adoption and effective change management.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Fully document technical and functional designs, test plans, impact analyses, and lessons learned according to PTC templates.
• Adhere to PTC standards, policies, and procedures while performing assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications

Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910).

Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200).
