Program Operations Specialist

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Program Operations Specialist for the Marketing Department at our Columbus, Ohio location.

The Marketing Programs Operations Specialist I is the operational backbone for Integrated Marketing programs - owning the setup, tracking, reporting, and delivery of promotions, contests, incentives, rep mailings and support requests.

Responsibilities :

Program setup & administration

• Set up and maintain promotions, contests, and incentives in internal promotional tools and systems (e.g., AX), following documented standards.
• Route contest rules, prize documentation, and compliance-related forms through internal partners (e.g., Legal, Finance, HR) and track approvals through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment on promotional item availability prior to go-live, confirming qualifying items are available and any constraints / alternates are communicated before launch.
• Own the setup, execution, tracking, and follow-through of rep mailings (print routing, kit requirements, handoffs to mailhouse / warehouse partners, shipment confirmations, and issue resolution).
• Own program operations for the Kimball Midwest Merchandise Store (product / campaign setup support, ordering workflows, issue resolution, reporting, and coordination with internal partners / vendors as needed).
• Handle Tier 2 incoming calls and emails related to contests, promotions, and quotas.
